SHIPPING

Pizzas are shipped Monday through Friday using FedEx.  Because we want you to receive your pizza frozen, We cannot have packages in transit over the weekend, so we are not able to delivery your package on a Sunday, Monday, or on a FedEx Holiday.

HOW DO WE DO IT?

We pack your pizza in a cooler within a shipping box with enough dry ice to keep the contents frozen well into the evening of the delivery date.  It is best to open the package immediately upon arrival and to put your pizza in the freezer.  Use gloves when handling dry ice.  Fun Fact:  the temperature inside that box is about negative 110 degrees F which is colder than your freezer by 100 degrees.  

NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED

FedEx is authorized to leave all packages at the destination without signature which will insure that your Pizza will not melt due to multiple delivery attempts.  If your package is being sent to someone other than yourself, please verify that the recipient is in town on the day of the delivery.

TRACKING

When the shipping label is created you will receive an email with your tracking number.  If you would like more tracking information, feel free to request FedEx shipment notifications on the FedEx tracking page for your shipment.  

REQUESTED DELIVERY WEEKS

It is possible to request a delivery week by checking the appropriate box on the order.  You may write the desired date into the notes as well but we will defer to shipping method chosen and ship within the chosen week if your date does not work with shipping method chosen.  

IN A RUSH?  UPGRADE!

All expedited orders received by Noon CST Monday through Friday will be processed same day.  Overnight orders for Saturday delivery must be received by noon or they will be shipped the following Monday.  2 day express orders received on Thursday or Friday will be shipped the following Monday.  Any order received after noon CST may not be shipped same day.  We encourage you to read our shipping policies or call us if you have questions.  

FINE PRINT

Shopbernatellospizza.com cannot be responsible for damage or loss of product due to unavailable recipient or incorrect address information.  We are not able to change the address or cancel an order once the package has shipped.  Please ensure your recipient will be in town on the arrival day.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Your package will arrive in 5 – 10 business days (or less) from the day we receive your order.  Orders received with longer transit locations than shipping days left in the week will be held for shipment until the following Monday.  Using Standard shipping, your package will arrive Tuesday through Friday and Saturday if possible.  

EXPRESS 2-DAY SHIPPING

Order by Noon CST Monday – Wednesday and your package will arrive in 2 days.  Orders placed after Noon CST on Wednesday will ship the following week.  Saturday delivery is not available with this option.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

Order by Noon CST Monday – Thursday and your package will arrive the next day.  Orders placed after Noon CST on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.  Saturday delivery is not available with this option.  

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING for Saturday Delivery

Order by Noon CST Friday and your package will arrive Saturday.  Saturday delivery is not available in some locations. 

OUR GUARANTEE

To guarantee delivery we must have the complete and correct address.  We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes, A.P.O or F.P.O addresses due the highly perishable nature of frozen pizza.  

RECEIPTS

All orders include a packing slip with no pricing information.  We are unable to ship outside of the United States but an order may be placed internationally for delivery within the US by using PayPal.
